Christchurch NZRU " Rugby Smart " course is a compulsory course that needs to be attended by every rugby coach in New Zealand every year. This includes co-coaches, assistant coaches, technical advisors. The course MUST be attended by the 1st of June 2012 or risk having your team withdrawn from the competition. The NZRC & CRFU policy is very strict.
